"Simply awesome! I was under a time cruch due to an evening home closing. I called a couple other competitors in the Fishers, IN area and they wouldn't accommodate my schedule. The competition wouldn't come out until Saturday, which wouldn't work due to my move-in agenda.

Mike from 3 Cities came to my house at 7pm on a Friday evening to come clean my new home. He is a true professional. All stains were removed from the carpet. The carpet dried in a couple hours. I will definitely use 3 Cities again for all my future carpet cleaning needs. The rates are a fraction of what the competition quoted me. Thanks again Mike!"

"I was so impressed with this company that I wanted to comment about them. I have had my carpets cleaned on a regular basis for many years. Several years ago I switched from steam cleaning my carpets to the newer dry cleaning. It is Sooo much better doing it that way.
They still use water but it's a lot less. It does a great job, and you can walk on the floor with in a couple of hours.
Anyway just before Thanksgiving I had an appointment with my normal guy. Well, I got a call from the main office and was told that they had to reschedule my appointment because they had over booked. I had family coming from Ohio on Thanksgiving and needed it done now! I called every cleaner in the book! Everyone was booked solid. Even 3 Cities Carpet Care. At the end of my rope I vented on Zach, who works for 3 Cities. I never really expected anything special I was just frustrated. But after all was said and done. Mike from 3 Cities came to my house at almost 1AM on Thanksgiving morning and cleaned my house. He didn't leave until 3:20AM. I have never seen such customer service! Mike would not even except my tip! After I insisted he finally realized that he had no choice. I was very pleased with this company. They are also cheaper than what I expected for a drier cleaning company. Chem Clean is more expensive and 3 Cities did pretty much the same thing that Chem Clean does if not better. Well, then to, I couldn't see 3 Cities canceling an appointment.
Well to wrap this up. I wanted to let my experience be known as I am so happy with their service. And I will use 3 Cities Carpet Care 4 life."
