Why is bonnet cleaning better than steam cleaning?

With bonnet cleaning you use about a tenth of the moisture. Over-wetting of carpets(Steam Cleaning) can cause many problems for carpets.  Here are some examples: Mildew, Bacteria, Spot Resurfacing, Shrinking, Rippling and Less Removal of water.  Also, with a wet cleaning process ie. most steam cleaners use soap based solutions which bonds to the fibers leaving a soapy/sticky residue that will resoil much faster.  When this happens you have to clean your carpets more often.  Not to mention who wants to have thier carpets wet for a day or two.

How are you guys getting the dirt out without an extractor?

Our solutions breakdown the soil, the carbonation suspends the soil and the buffer and bonnet remove the soil leaving no residue behind.
